Awesome work! Everything looked great!
First time hiring a cleaning company, everything went well and the cleaners were so nice and easy to work with! Will definitely hire again for future routine cleanings.
I was very disappointed with my clean. The ladies although very nice seemed a little discombobulated. The deep clean took almost 6 hours, which was way longer then I've had in the past. The bathroom floors were not done around the toilet and the shower doors didn't look like they were touched. I had to ask to have the 2nd bathroom sink cleaned out and we had to redo it. The dining room chairs were only 1/2 done. My husband asked that they not use chemicals on our dining room table and she used some on it. The good thing that was done beautifully were the stairs that needed vacuumed. One of the ladies did the majority of the work, not sure where the other one was. They did ask for me to check, but I told them that I needed to pick up my granddaughters and just looked at the surface stuff. I wasn't home until later this afternoon which is why I'm writing now. I'm not normally one to complain but I just feel that for the money spent, I was expecting a better experience.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend! I hired Down Dirty ’N’ Done for a move-out deep clean, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The team—Theresa, Teckla, Sheila, and Elli—worked incredibly hard and paid attention to every detail. The house looked spotless and move-in ready when they were done. The communication was great from start to finish, and they were very professional, friendly, and efficient. Moving is stressful enough, but they made this part easy for me. I totally recommend them to anyone needing reliable and thorough cleaning. Thank you all for the amazing work! 🙌
Great experience today with this company. Quick scheduling, quality work, good communication and responsive. Thanks Theresa and all!
