Very glad to have found him to clean our carpet. Very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. I always try to hire local small business and they did not disappoint.
It has been a while since I've seen my carpets cleaned so well! Excellent job! I will definitely hire him again.
Absolutely 10/10 work done. He was very quick, very kind, and very thorough! The carpet looks amazing for our move out, thank you so very much!
Great communication skills and I was very satisfied with the work
I used this company to clean my carpets throughout the entire house. He (can’t remember his name) but I would recommend this company to everyone I know. He did an Amazing Job! Thank you Sir!
Justin was great! He cleaned my wool rugs and was very careful and knowledgeable on how to not discolor.
Justin was great!! He was quick to respond to my inquiry. Showed up on the day I needed him and did a beautiful job.. thank you for your service! Highly recommend!
Dr.Burke’s did a good job but the price was much different than quoted to me. Of course I didn’t know this until he was done.
Justin was great and did such a good job! He took extra care of the grout in the bathroom and it’s never looked better (well since it was installed)! The carpets are clean and no more dog spots where their beds are! I will be using him again in the future!
They came when they said they would, did great work and communicated all along the process.
Justin was fantastic. He worked me in super fast and was incredibly professional. Most importantly, my wool rug looks like new! I’ll definitely reaching out to them next time I need a rug cleaning.
The work quality and professionalism from Justin was top tier. He was punctual, even reached out BEFORE the time he said he would come to ask to come early and his ETA was just as he advised. He made sure to walk us through room to room and see what concerns if any that we had & tackle our townhouse in a little under an hour. The communication we had before booking the appointment was phenomenal to make sure we knew price breakdown, what was needed as the customer and also making sure to have our address ahead of time. Thank you again Justin for your wonderful job.
Justin does great work! Our rugs and carpets look great, and he was very professional, he worked with my schedule, and he arrived on time. I can recommend without hesitation!
Justin was in out and cleaned the couch to perfection! So happy he was able to come out last minute to help!
Justin did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpets! He was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. The high-traffic areas look dramatically better, and he managed to get out a couple of old stains I thought were permanent. My carpets feel fresh and look brand new. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning!
10/10 will hire again. Justin is the man. Thank you for the best experience and for saving our rug!!
The response time was really quick - I had a difficult white rug that I thought would not come clean but the results were amazing.
Dr.Burks came out to clean my area rug, but offer an honest opinion and gave me an affordable alternative to cleaning it. He said it was thin and did not have a backing and may could be wash at laundromat. He provided some instructions on how to treat the rug prior to washing. I offered some money to pay for his time and he refused. My rug came out really great and I respect his integrity, professionalism, and communication. Please consider using his business, he knows ways to get your upholstery clean ☺️
Great job from Justin! Chill guy and thorough work. The cleaning products used like the deodorizer etc smell really good and clean!
