The response time was rapid and phenomenal. David was great at diagnosing the problem with my AC unit. He was very transparent with everything and gave me all my options. I chose to repair and mitigate my unit, which he worked very hard to make sure it had all the necessary repairs to extend the lifetime of the unit. Great prices for quality work!!!!

Our AC went out the day before a 99 degree summer day. Reached out to 6 professionals on a Saturday, and Dr HVAC both responded, and provided a price that undercut all competitors. They came out in the evening, provided fast, professional service, and gave an overview of the health of our AC units. Their price even on a weekend was reasonable, and they were very kind, and down to Earth. All in all, a great experience, and at a reasonable price, given the weekend work.

This company is professional, timely and courteous. The only issue I had relates to cost. I had a simple HVAC check. I ended up paying approximately $700.00 that should have been around $200.00. Since I had no “real” knowledge of what the costs should be, I accepted what they told me and paid. This company should confirm the actual cost with the customer and the customer, me, should have confirmed the cost before the service provider did any work.

We had a great experience with Dr HVAC. came same day (at night!) and fixed everything up. We had a frozen coil and clog and he fixed it quickly and we got everything cleaned and tuned for the rest of the summer
