Reviews
I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my patio! They professionally repaired and leveled my sunken pavers, making the entire patio look great again. The crew was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail throughout the project. They arrived ready to work, kept everything neat and organized, and completed the entire job in just one day. The quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations, and it’s great to have my patio looking the way it should again. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing paver repairs or restoration!
Chris and Luis were on time even earlier which was wonderful. They walked around with me to assess the work I was in need of having done very courteous and knowledgeable. We agreed on a price and they got started right away. I came home to a beautiful lawn and surrounding areas. I can’t thank them enough for all of their hard work and it was a monster job. I highly recommend them to everyone. They are my angels 😇😇. Photos will follow in the daylight I’m just sorry I didn’t take before pictures. I hope they did because they did an amazing job. Thank you both so much
The communication was confusing and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
They came out on time and were able to do complete the job quickly. They helped removed overgrown weeds, trimmed hedges, and removed annoying vines from my tree in front and back yard. I ham very happy with the final result. 3 picks show after they completed the job and 2 pics show the before.
We had the yard cleanup with the Juan and he did fabulous work.
Wonderful Pro
I wil definitely hire Nova Express for future jobs. They were speedy, professional and reasonably piced.
Had an amazing experience with them! Great price and very thorough and detailed work in my lawn.
I hired them for a major leaf cleanup and they went far beyond expectations. They cleared leaves and debris from every bush, nook, and cranny around the house, including areas most people would skip. The deck was covered in leaves and twigs, and they handled it thoroughly and efficiently. The work was professional from start to finish, with real attention to detail. I seriously enjoy yard work myself, and even I could not have done the job to this standard.
I’m pleased with the work that was done. I only had to say once what I needed. The price was very reasonable. And the work was done pretty fast, considering the size of my yard. I would hire this company again.
Luis did very good job to clean the leaves and the lawn. Thank You!
They did an excellent job clearing the leaves from both my front and back yard. I strongly recommend Nova Express Services.
Extremely happy! Pedro was very responsive, used his cell phone app to take measurements and provided a visual of what the landscaping would look like. That was extremely helpful and that’s when I decided to hire him! He provided feedback of the trees/shrubs with better options. Eventhough, I changed my mind on some of the plants, he was eager to work with me to get the best plants for the various spaces. We had 4 different spaces that needed work and he even did a little extra on some existing areas. His crew of 3 worked all day long, measured and ensured each tree/shrub was spaced properly, installed new and transplanted many existing plants from our yard. They used lots of topsoil to fill in / level off the various spaces, especially where we had trees removed and where they laid down sod. He was extremely professional, very nice and easy to work with and his prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend him for any of your landscaping projects. I will definitely be looking to do additional work to include some hardscaping of my front porch.
LUIS and his crew did a fantastic job! They removed overgrown, shrubs, cleaned up the flower beds and planted new shrubs, along with mulching and edging the space. They were quick to respond and completed everything within two days. Pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!
They were fantastic. They got rid of unwanted vegetation, cleared my raised garden beds, cleared around my firepit, shaped and trimmed my flower bushes, got rid of weeds, and cleaned up all the mess behind them. I will absolutely use them again.
We had to spend more money (double) again to make sure it was done right. With the plastic down, the edging firm and in the ground, as it was supposed to be done initially. They are about the money, but not quality. We had to have someone else redo our mulch and stone yard. Did not put down the plastic as promised. Bought the cheapest edging and the mulch was thin. Also they do not clean up behind their work, when they repaired the sink, they left the bathroom dirty. When they cut the grass the driveway was left wet with dirt. I had to clean up behind them. People pay their hard earned money for a complete work.
Similar to other reviews, we felt pressured to buy their service at the point of estimation. They gave us a quote and stating the work will be for 2-3 hours but ended up finishing in about an hour. Felt the price was high considering the time worked. The work itself was good.
Juan did our front patio. He was knowledgeable, timely, affordable, and went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Nova Express was extremely professional and the quality of work was amazing considering the large job requested. The price was reasonable and I could not be happier.
