I called to have my bathroom looked at and the tech said he had to rebuild the toilet 🚽 inside now 2 days later I have a terrible leak down to my kitchen that now has opened the ceiling. I called the company back and now they want to charge me $150 on top of whatever the issue is which is very frustrating and unfair being that it wasn’t leaking before their tech worked on it.
Jacob my assigned plumber was to my home within a couple hours. He assessed the problem. Then provided two options forward (with no pressure). He was super professional, courteous, and a TRUE ASSET to Dr. ROOTER! I decided to proceed and with handshake and signature my project was started. He finished that afternoon. Work has a warranty. I am so glad i discovered Dr. ROOTER. 5 star all the way to this young plumber!!

I never got past the initial estimate because the technician did not show up for the appointment window. As it turned out, there was a mandatory all-hands meeting that overlapped with our appointment time. I didn't hear about this until after the appointment time had elapsed; the plumber still offered to come, but it would have taken him at least another hour to get to me; no thank you. I took time away from work to meet them and they disrespected that time; I gave them an opportunity to explain themselves and heard nothing. I would recommend not providing them with your irreplaceable time or your hard-earned dollar.
I would most definitely refer the Dr. to my friends and family. The technician was outstanding.
If not for the price, I’d give 5 stars!!! The initial quote seemed a bit much for a simple kitchen faucet swap however, the assigned plumber Eli Desrosier was very professional and made sure everything was functioning as it should prior to packing up. Eli was in and out under and hour and provided a professional install and experience…
I had a great experience with Dr. Rooter and their technician, Timothy. From start to finish, communication was excellent—Timothy responded quickly to my service call and kept me informed every step of the way. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be working with Dr. Rooter again for future projects. Highly recommend!
They did a great job, but was quoted over +900 for vavle change and basic plumbing work. We opted for the valve change and connection to water supply 350, we decided to dyi the rest.
