The plumber was professional, knowledgeable, and provided great value for the price. The work was done well, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
Perfect installation! Very happy with the result. Was quick, professional, on-time, and with a high quality end result.
Would 100% use Drain Doctor again — solid work, easy to deal with, no complaints. Highly recommend!
Came out in the evening, got right to work, was done quickly. cleaned up when he was done. Took my card payment easily, at a fair rate. Id hire him again, for sure.
We have used the Drain Doctor twice now; (1) disposer/air switch installation and (2) toilet/washlet seat installation. Both jobs were done on-time, very professionally and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.
George is so knowledgeable, professional & easy to work!
George was great. Kept me informed on progress to the appointment. Did the work quickly and actually helped fix another longstanding issue with hot water pressure. Strongly recommend him for your plumbing jobs!
I'd give George all five of the above. Work quality, value, professional, punctual, and responsiveness. I'd add thorough too. I'll be using George again
Awesome experience with Drain doctor Inc. On time, good value, and efficient work.
George diagnosed and resolved our garbage disposal issue expeditiously. The work was professional and at a fair price.
I had an excellent experience with this plumber and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the best solution. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean and in good condition, and the repair was completed exactly as promised. Communication was clear throughout the process, which made the whole experience stress-free. Reliable, honest, and skilled—qualities that are hard to find. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call again for any future plumbing needs.
Working with George was a fantastic experience. He provided me a fair quote, installed my new water heater within a couple of hours, hauled away the old one and did a great job cleaning up as well. He even checked in with me the next day to ensure it was still working as expected. We chatted about a couple other projects in the pipeline and I will be using his services directly going forward.
George from Drain Doctor helped me with an emergency leak under my sink on a Saturday evening. While he was here, I had asked for a quote to replace my bathroom sink faucet, and once the leak repair was finished he offered to take care of that as well right then. The prices were super fair, the work was done really well, and everything was explained clearly. I really appreciated how efficient and professional he was, especially during an urgent situation. I’d absolutely recommend him and would call Drain Doctor again.
George was really great. Where another contractor was recommending we tear out part of the kitchen wall, George was able to snake out a DEEP blockage and rebuild the under sink plumbing to boot. We appreciated his can-do approach and know-how.
We needed to replace a sink and faucet in our bathroom. George responded the day we called, came that afternoon and scheduled work for the following day. Work was completed on time, and was done very professionally. We are very happy with the final result. We would recommend this company very highly.
Georg is Amazing!! I sent a request to a quote, he messaged me within 10 minutes and scheduled a time to come out. He was quickly here within the hour to assess the issue and got me quickly scheduled for the follow work day. He communicated each step of the way and was prompt in getting the job done on time and under his initial quote. If you need a plumber I know. Great one and that is Mr. Georg
George was an excellent communicator and showed up on time. He provided me with options and recommendations, showing great flexibility in getting my project done. He worked quickly and efficiently and even provided me with a recommendation for another company to do the next phase of work. His work was reasonably priced and he fit me into his schedule quickly. I would use his services again and recommend him to others.
I used drain doctors for removal of a leaking shower valve , which was rusted and could not be removed. The only way was to access it from the closet of the room behind the bathtub. It was a difficult and time consuming job And needed an experienced and a patient plumber. I was happy with the overall outcome of his job and price was also fair , given that it took 4 or 5 hours. I recommend him and will use his services in the future if needed.
George was so kind and was very professional and quiet… our dog didn’t bark as much which was a dream. He explained everything so calmly. He was warm and respectful. I will be calling him from now on for all our plumbing issues! Thank you George we appreciate you so very much
