We had an amazing experience with Drain Right thanks to our technician, Renado. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, giving us clear options on how to move forward. When he discovered the issue was much bigger than expected, he didn’t panic us — he guided us. He helped us choose the best replacement option and made the whole process feel smooth instead of stressful.Drain Right showed up within hours and had the entire problem solved within days. The combination of Renado’s professionalism and the team’s quick response made a huge difference. We’re truly thankful.

Very poor communication. Would not recommend this company.
I had a great experience with Drain Right during the inspection of a condo in Mission Viejo. They were very responsive from start to finish, and their technician did an excellent job inspecting the furnace and identifying the issue. I was especially impressed with how clearly everything was explained and how professionally the inspection was handled. I highly recommend Drain Right to fellow Realtors and homeowners looking for honest, knowledgeable, and reliable service. My technician by the way was Juan. 😊
I tried this morning to schedule and after accepting a 2hr window of 10a to 12p the scheduler immediately told me that was not available and asked if 11a to 1p was okay. I said “Yes” and while she was scheduling that all of a sudden that time was not available. This happened 2 more times before the suggested visit times were way outside of my schedule availability. So i declined further times because it’s pretty obvious that their ability to schedule a visit is poor.
Super happy with the service. With a no fee come to the house estimate is great. They gave me a price which was lower than others to replace garbage disposal. They did the work on the spot. Also had another issue with a shower leak and ask if he could ck out. Anthony had no issues checking and fixing that also. They will be on my favorite list for repairs.
