Personable and relatable; willing to listen to me as a customer and discuss options for the project of rerouting kitchen line for adequate flow; gave opinions on best materials, design, etc. Pointed out other areas in plumbing line that may need attention in future. Did not pressure. Nick (original contact) came to see the project started on his day off! All employees from administrative to the work field worked very well together. Their financing option was agreeable and a breeze to initiate.

These guys responded very fast, gave a fair estimate before starting the work, were easy to work with, and did a great job in a timely manor! I'll be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs! Highly recommend!
Drain Terrier was very quick to respond when asked for a quote for a water heater replacement. They even arrived on time and answered all my questions. One problem, they never got back to me with the quote and stopped responding to messages. This usually tells me the job wasn’t worth it for them for whatever reason. It’s sucks, they were the best bid I had based on the techs ballpark quote. And the tech was great. This is really why I wouldn’t recommend them. They could have been honest and said, “this job wouldn’t be doable for us so we will need to pass.” Instead I was ignored. Oh well.
Drain Terrier said he couldn't help us and said we needed Deep Water Emergency Services. Deep Water is now extremely overcharging us, refuses to explain the charges, and we are filing disputes with the BBB and CO AG.
Our plumbing issues started at 5:30pm. Sent a request on Thumbtack to get a quote since our washer was backing up into our bathroom. They came the next day and unclogged our plumbing bathroom pipes. We appreciate there fast response!
Had a copper water line hooked to the fridge leaking issue. He just put some glue on it and said it was fixed. Nothing has been fixed it’s still leaking as soon as he went out. Disappointed!
I had some problems with the scheduling people getting me on the calendar correctly. But once that was done, it was smooth sailing. Jacob was punctual, professional, and got my issue solved quickly.
I originally had some scheduling issues but Savannah and Tracy at Drain Terrier went above and beyond to make sure that they made everything right for us. We had a leaky water heater and once the scheduling issues were brought to the attention of the owners they took care of us urgently. It's great to work with a family owned company who truly values their customers. I really appreciate the work they did to replace our hot water heater.

Drain Terrier has been great. They've answered all my questions. They're taking care of all my problems and were lower priccd than other companies. I had 4 guys here for over 8 hours working their tails off. they're all very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend
Edit: Braden called and was very helpful to resolve this issue, reassuring, and professional. Greatly appreciative of him and his excellent customer service after I was difficult to deal with! What a disappointing experience for an injured woman needing some help with a simple task. He came and quoted me $200 more than originally agreed upon, I said no. He then went up and completely ruined my toilet scratched it all up and left saying he couldn’t fix anything so to just wait until my sewage blocks then call them back ???? I’ve ensured my payment will bounce and can’t wait to now pay for a new plumber and new toilet!
There should’ve been a written estimate. There were three items that I thought were being fixed for a certain price and after two visits out there only two were fixed for a higher price than verbally quoted. Live and learn.

The team was able to come out to my home and check on my leak same day! They established a solution and came back the next day to fix it asap. They were all friendly, professional, and extremely fast to fix everything. They reviewed other pipes in my homes and identified some additional problems that were concerning as well. Not pushy at all, it was all for the general well-being of my home maintenance and longevity of the pipes. 10/10 will be using them from here on out for all of my plumbing.
For one is to show up to the scheduled appointment and two at least communicate with the customer before the scheduled appointment not after the customer reaches out. I wasted a day waiting for them
Didn’t hire because prices were very expensive. Also received next messages from the office and then the workers who showed up on site to give me an estimate. I found someone to do the job for thousands cheaper for a Bradford White water heater.
He was not able to fix anything and charged me $250 for nothing.
