My garbage disposal was broken, they wanted to "repair" instead of replace. Charged $200 to repair, 10 days later it stopped working again, and my dishwasher hasn't worked at all since. Tried to reach out about the dishwasher and they said it was an "appliance issue".

Mike arrived fully prepared to service my very clogged kitchen drain. He started working immediately. Not only did he determine what was causing the clog, but he showed me the awful black sludge and debris that his equipment was pulling up from my home's main drain pipe that goes to the street. He returned a couple of days later to continue clearing out years of build up from the main drain. Again he showed the debris coming out of the pipe. Due to the age of my home and years of build up by previous owners, Mike explained and showed me how to keep my drains flowing as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Drains and Things!

Mike was very honest. He used his knowledge to let us know that he did not think it was a blockage but it was the septic. He was very honest and he was right. It was the septic. He saved us so much money.
Mike came out and replaced the flapper and lift chain on our toilet. I had an issue flushing the toilet and he came out again, tightened the lift chain and our toilet was working well. However, when he came out, he claimed nothing was wrong, even though he had to tighten the chain. I feel like sometimes as a woman, male handymen don't take me seriously or think I know what I'm talking about. He seemed annoyed that he had to come out to address a problem that he claimed wasn't a problem. I feel vindicated because, I just used the same toilet and when I flushed it, I noticed it was leaking. This cost us $150 and our toilet still isn't fixed.
We reached out to this company at about 1:30 in the morning. Mike responded before 8:00 am, gave us an approximate time to expect him, and arrived well before noon. In less than an hour, he pulled the required tools (a camera) from the truck, checked the area, confirmed everything was in order, and quoted a very reasonable rate for the service call and work. We highly recommend Mike. Should we need his services again, we will not hesitate to contact him because there was no drama. The fact that he did not try to talk us into a long-term service contract was greatly appreciated.
Grateful for Mike and he being able to assist with my necessary kitchen power wash, clean out. Communicated well, and called me Back to discuss. He was professional and got the job done with our taking up much of my time. I’ll have him back to clean my hot water heater come May. Mike got the job done! My drain was clogged up so bad and I had been told I should replace the pipes. Over the phone Mike heard my problem and assured us it likely was just so filled up with gunk and could be cleared with his drain knocker. He worked and worked and it was bad! I even had some long unknown metal piece in my pipe! After him working for hours and it still not getting through all the way, we decided to jet the pipe. It worked!! The amount of grease that came out was disgusting and unbelievable!! Mike gave us an AMAZING price and it would’ve likely cost triple+ the amount from other companies. We’re very pleased and will be recommending him to everyone we know!
