🚨 DO NOT BOOK IF YOU’RE A WOMAN OR EXPECT THE COMPANY TO STICK CLOSE TO YOUR QUOTE 🚨 I would also recommend reading the Yelp reviews before booking, as there are multiple reviews describing similar concerns. I was quoted for approximately four hours of work, but the job took around eight hours because the workers were extremely slow. I also had to leave to purchase additional shrink wrap because my sofa and larger items had not been wrapped. When I returned, the worker told me I would still be charged the original flat rate. After the job, I was given a much higher bill, and when I questioned it, the worker denied telling me what he had previously said. I tried to find a reasonable compromise because I understood the job had taken longer, but the owner was extremely unprofessional and argumentative. He repeatedly yelled at me over the phone about how tired he is of customers not wanting to pay and told me not to trust what his own worker had told me because the worker did not know the correct price. The situation became very intimidating for me. As a woman alone and surrounded by multiple men, I felt uncomfortable and afraid when I was being pressured to pay a significantly higher amount that I had not expected or agreed to. I ultimately paid because I did not feel comfortable leaving without resolving the situation. This was far beyond a simple pricing disagreement. The combination of the slow work, conflicting information, and the owner’s aggressive response when I tried to resolve the issue professionally made this an extremely unpleasant experience.

Dreezy did an amazing job on my local move! They offered reasonable, transparent pricing, were hardworking and efficient, and took great care of everything throughout the move. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and reasonably priced moving company!

I had a huge couch that wouldn’t fit up the stairs. They had to go over deck about 30 feet off the ground. They m grateful they got done.

I had a fantastic experience with Dreezy’s Moving Services! They moved a very large and extremely heavy HOIST home gym for me, including disassembling it, transporting it, and reassembling it in my basement. The crew was professional, punctual, and very respectful throughout the entire process. They communicated with me every step of the way, involved me in deciding exactly where I wanted the machine placed, and made sure I was happy with everything before they finished. Even with how heavy and challenging the equipment was, they handled it safely and efficiently. From getting a quote to completing the move, the communication was excellent. They arrived on time, worked hard, and took great care with both the equipment and my home. I highly recommend Dreezy’s Moving Services to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Not competent. Unskilled group of dudes who could not take apart my furniture correctly, lost pieces, could not put it back in place, took 6 hours longer than quoted to move. Seemed like amateurs who decided to start a moving company yesterday. Have had much better experience with other movers in the past, including national chains. Do not use if you want a professional crew.
I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Super quick response time and very professional. They were right on time, very careful with our belongings, and the most efficient movers I've ever worked with. You also can't find a better rate.

Waiting to hear back from the owner to compensate damages that the movers caused on June 1st. I have tried calling, texting, and email... Will update my review once I get this figured out.
PROS- we needed a move of an expensive brand new washer/ dryer tower (non-detachable) to upstairs. I reached out to different movers, and Dreezy's agreed to do it in a few days, and even showed up a whole day earlier. CONS- My husband along with brothers attempted to get it done, but couldn't and left scratched on the back of the unit. I decided to hire movers to prevent further damages of the scratches on the back. They showed up a whole day earlier (luckily my husband was there at the property) and he had to provide them gloves and help them get the washer up the stairs. Sadly, they left a HUGE dent on the bottom front of the unit. I confronted them about the dent, and they completely denied it stating they used a blanket that couldn't of done that during the move. They had not apologized instead denied it, and discounted us $7.00 for the damaged! I'm disappointed. Should've saved my $193 and just had my brothers do it. Will NOT recommend heavy or delicate move for this company. Response: " But Ma’am you do not need to lie to make your words sound good because you want to make sure you bring another person down." this is unprofessional. I do NOT "lie". The dents in the front bottom were not there before you arrived. And they were there after your movers left. I examined the whole unit after the failed attempt from the brothers and husband, there were scratches ONLY on the backside of the unit. I do not need to lie. I paid the charged "discount" amount plus tax (MN movers- are not suppose to charge). The discount was "good" enough on my end as an apology not that I would be getting one. My husband was one of the servicers that day as you two were not able to get it up there without him. Please consider that your customers pay you and also for their valuable furniture/appliance. I trusted your movers to get the job done and done well. I will try to have a good day, it's really hard when I feel cheated from Dreezy's. Please do better.
Service could have been improved with better prepared or more experienced movers and better communication between owner and movers. Movers thought they were moving a boxed treadmill, but the job stated it was the base only, unboxed, so it was very heavy and awkward and unprotected. Movers had nothing to protect the treadmill or the stairs on the way down, though I was told they would have stretch wrap and blankets. All but maybe two steps were scratched or gouged by the movers as they brought the treadmill down one flight. The treadmill had paint on it from the step and slivers of wood stuck to it where it scratched the steps. Movers were not prepared. One was wearing slip-on sandals. The owner agreed to take $50 off.
They have a great attitude but things got beat up during the move. The way they handle the items, pack them in the truck and unload is not the way I expected it.
For the most part happy with the service. I thought the owner was busting his butt the whole time but there was a lot of standing around from the other two workers or they would take something small making for a longer time. I think for what quality i recieved it was a little expensive. If there was the boss and two other like him it would have been an A but I'd honestly rate it a solid B+
I needed a China cabinet and hutch moved from St. Michael to Brooklyn Park. Dreezy’s accepted the challenge and moved it without any damage to the item or the house! Thank you for your time and hard work!
