Nick was very professional and knowledgeable about the concerns I had in my basement. I have an older home and he explained prevention methods to keep moisture out and also did a thorough inspection to locate potential problem areas. I will be sure to recommend this company to anyone that needs mold inspection/remediation!
They did a good job. My only complaint is that I did not realize my basement would be "off limits" for an entire week, but...the mold was gone.

Dry Effect came out to remove mold under our kitchen sink. They replaced the drywall, sealed the flooring and put a new flooring (bottom) under the sink. They also put in a new sink I had purchased to replace my leaking one. They were prompt, professional, and very friendly. I am very satisfied with all the work they did. I will definitely recommend Dry Effect to anybody I know!
Dry Effect thoroughly cleaned out my ducts and vents. I am renting a townhouse that allows pets. You would believe the hair and dirt that came out. Marcus was very informative and obviously was very experienced and knowledgable. I would definately refer this company. In fact, I'm going to make sure the management company has this company's contact information.
