I spoke with Dry Tech on a Thursday, they began work on a Friday, and finished on a Saturday. There hasn't been a rain storm yet to test out the system but everything looks very well done. They even added an additional drain near my basement storm door that I didn't realize would be going in. Addam quoted me a price for the work that HAD to be done with none of the extras unlike other companies which brought their price way lower than I expected and he explained why they are so much lower while using the best materials. I liked that the company does not sub-contract out the labor and there's a lifetime guarantee on the work as long as the structure is standing. My only complaint is that I have to go out and find very long extension cords for the sub pumps and figure out how to plug them in, but this is a really small complaint, so still absolutely 5 stars in my book.
I would highly recommend this company for your waterproofing needs. They effectively and efficiently communicate. They offer fair pricing without all the sales tactics and haggling. The crew was on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They have a large enough crew to get the work done in a few hours. As for the work, it looks great and there is no water getting into our basement.
We still have yet to see if what was done has helped or waterproofing situation in our basement. The first rain that we had after the work was done, water pooled up on the slab and did not drain into the sump pump. There’s obviously an issue with hydrostatic water pressure buildup behind our wall, but it’s unclear if the remediation work done has solved the issue or at least remedied it at the interior. .
