I needed a deep clean asap. And they came through for me. Lia and Rubi great job. Would recommend this company to everyone.
The ladies I had were very nice, friendly and professional. They listened to me when talking about my problem area. I plan to re-book with DS Cleaning.
Excellent job! Easy to do business with! Friendly and professional!
DS Cleaning has been great to work with. They are very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Their pricing is fair and transparent, and they take the time to answer questions and provide helpful information. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable cleaning company.
Really impressed with the communication. They called me right away, explained everything clearly and professionally, and made the whole process easy to understand. You can immediately tell they know what they’re doing. Top-level service!
The cleaning crew did an excellent job. We highly recommend.
Booked and paid for a deep cleaning service in Sarasota area, but less than half of the items listed in the service were actually completed. Multiple obvious areas were missed, including kitchen cabinet fronts, dust on floors/baseboards, and several other items specifically included in their own checklist. When I raised the issue, the company offered to send another cleaner instead of taking accountability for the poor quality of the original job. I did not want free services — I wanted the deep cleaning I was promised and paid for. Very disappointing experience, especially considering they advertise high-quality work.
