Dare I say perfect. Yes! Start to finish. Daniel is a rare professional in all the ways he conducts business. Communication was clear. He and his team did an amazing job with our tile project. Including the detail work. On time. As a result, we are planning what might have been future tile projects, for the near future. Thank you Daniel and your team! David and Beth
By far, the highest quality contractor I have yet to contract with. Having decided to have my bathroom floor tiled, I reached out on Thursday and as of Sunday the work is completed passed my satisfaction. Of the collection of quotes I received Mr. Santiago came in as the most reasonable. At no point in time was the job site unclean, and even going in so far as to make sure my neighbors were not impeded. Parking situation was not impacting anybody. I am not only thoroughly impressed but I am deeply grateful that Mr. Santiago was able to fit me in as quickly as he did.
Daniel and his team were great to work with! They did an amazing job and my lanai looks beautiful. My job was a bit tricky, but Daniel stood behind his work and exceeded our expectations. He is honest and does a great job. Highly recommend!
Daniel and his team exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail, and patience they had with us was truly appreciated. We had a some issues with the tile we purchased coming in time, they did everything they could to get it done with our deadline. Highly recommend this company!
I was stuck with a kitchen renovation that another tile person messed up, he came out knowing what a small job it was and fixed my problem. Definitely don’t get that kind of service these days, especially fixing another company’s mistake. I will definitely be using them again.
