Eddie’s team did a fantastic job installing eight windows in our home. We ordered the windows from a different contractor who was supposed to do the work but dropped out. Eddie’s team saved the day by installing them to perfection. His team showed up exactly when scheduled and it only took them a few hours to finish the work. They took care to keep our house clean and the quality of their work was excellent. We will definitely be using him again when we replace other windows in our home.

We’re so happy we chose Ds Windows. 5 stars ⭐️ 10/10 would recommend 👍 We wanted 14 new windows installed at our house. We haven’t used thumbtack before but heard good things from coworkers, so we decided to give it a try to find a window company. We met with Dswindows/Eddie for a quote in late October 2024. We had received quotes from 4 other window companies. For reference, the other companies gave us quotes of $24k, $16k, $13k, and $11k for 14 mid-grade windows. (Two of those prices are what the salesmen lowered their offers to after haggling and “calling their boss to get permission to give us a discount”.) When Eddie gave us our quote, there was no haggling. He is very straightforward and easy to work with. We knew his prices were very fair and reasonable after all of our research and quotes from other companies. His quote was the lowest we received, and he seemed easy to work with. We decided to go with Dswindows/Eddie, and Eddie said to mail him a check with our down payment. He ordered the windows and scheduled a delivery day with us. The windows were delivered to our house early December 2024. (The windows took about 4 weeks to be delivered, which is exactly what Eddie told us ahead of time.) We scheduled with Eddie to have our windows installed the next day. Eddie said the crew would arrive at our house between 8 and 9am. The crew arrived exactly on time at 8:30am. The crew was very friendly and worked very efficiently. I’m not sure how they carried 14 windows into the house and installed them all without scuffing a single wall, but they did. They worked very quickly yet carefully. They put down drop cloths before starting, and they swept and vacuumed when they finished. They started at 8:30am and were finished by 1pm. We gave a check to cover the final payment to Francisco, a crew member, and he would give the check to Eddie. All 14 of our new windows look amazing. We’re so happy we chose Dswindows and Eddie!!
Eddie was great and easy to work with. He did not pressure us for a sale. He was transparent about pricing from the beginning and offered a price that could not be beaten. The quality of the work was amazing. You can tell that he values providing great work at reasonable prices over trying to get every dollar out of his clients. I will definitely use his services again if I have another project that falls into his area of expertise.
After being scammed by another window contractor i came across ds windows . Eddie and team did a great job installing new windows on the front of my house best price and turnaround time was fast .. thnks chris
Eddie and his men did an great job wrapping the trim on my windows with aluminum. He was very professional from start to finish. He went above and beyond by finishing my front door casing so I could pass inspection. I will definitely call him again for other window jobs. Thanks Eddie.
We hired Eddie’s company to change our windows in the basement and the attic. The team was very professional, listened carefully and took most of our requests into consideration. The company gives fair prices and does a high quality work. Highly recommended! Now we are waiting for our doors to arrive and they will also change them. Looking forward to it!
