Mr Duarte was very responsive to the inquiry. He let me know up front what limitations he may face during repairs. On repair day, lines of communication were crossed but Mr Duarte reached out later the same day to clarify the matter. He stated he'd be by 8AM the next morning for which he came much earlier to ensure tools and other resources were properly prepared. He installed door glass inside a french door within the allotted time estimated for this job. He tidied his work area and removed the damaged materials he replaced. He verified my satisfaction before final payment was received. I would definitely recommend him.

I was very pleased with the work. I receive heaven my new door install.
He came to install 2 doors for me. A backdoor and a storm door, which included a new trim for the door. The storm doesn’t close unless you slam it, which he said is normal. I went back and forth with him on it but it got nowhere. Also the way he installed the frame, I can’t even open my backdoor because my hand won’t fit! He ruined it. He filled in too much space between the frame so it’s literally impossible to put my entire hand on the knob and turn it. When I realized this error and let him know, he said “yes, nothing I can do about that now.” Obviously he knew it was wrong when he did it and he didn’t speak up or try to correct it. The frame is also a bit sloppy. Wouldn’t hire again. I now have to find a new contractor to fix his mess

I had a great experience! The team was very diligent for my particular job which was a difficult installation of a screen door. They were able to get creative and make sure the screen fit properly
Came to do a $0 on site estimate but never had any follow up with regard to providing a quote for the services. During his inspection, he broke two pieces on our window and is now refusing to pay for them, saying that he said he was going to charge $25 to check our windows. As you can see from the provided photos, his page says $0 for on-site estimates, and he also says again that it’s free for the estimate. Later I ask how much it would be for him to caulk, and he says $25 per window. So, he can’t even keep his own stories straight. He clearly lies, and is refusing to pay for the damages he caused, so we will be taking legal action again him.
Antonio, showed up on time and started working right away. He replaced 1 sliding patio door and 1 front exterior with storm door. They did a great job waterproofing, chalking and changing over old hardware to new door. They lay down tarps and tape off the rest of the house with plastic, to keep dust from the rest of home. I will definitely hire him again
Charged me $220 for the door install. Initially was going to charge me $285.00. He tried to charge me for transportation after not listening to me to go to the right store to buy the door. Then he cut the door frame too small where there is a crack in it. And then has the audacity to ask me to pay for his gas to come back and repair the door and paint it. And he wanted me to buy the paint! I would never book again. Bad service and scammer. Doesn’t keep appointment times either.
Do not hire . Very bad experience. Not professor. Bad reputation and bad attitude. Make agreement a price for replace window glass . After remove the window for replacement glass he want to increase price 100 . I say no I say 50 . And them he say okay . And them tell me leave him alone . I give 50 more I step to the side just hope he can finish the job . . . After replace glass take forever put my window back to the frame now my window cannot even close properly. Really don’t know what he doing . # 2 replaced my 2 windows casement operator handle . First day bought the wrong side of operator arm . . Come back second day with right side . But on our agreement suppose including handle as whole set . On first day he bring the handle . When second day come back he return the handle use my old casement operator handle . When I ask him what happened to the handle you bought yesterday. He got mad again ask me you want do the job or not . After broken my window frame apart and unscrew my casement operator ask me do you want to continue the job or not . This is ridiculous . What kind of reputation so rude . Tore my window frame apart cause he need unscrew the screw under the wood . Broken my wood frame not even pay me for the damage of my wood frame . I always hire people on the thumbtack never experienced like this before .

He came to measure on Sunday, taking his time to ensure everything was perfect. He called me to inform me when the shower glass was ready and worked with my schedule to install the glass shower door. When it came to the installation, he took his time and made sure everything was lined up to perfection. His drilling was also very skillful. For example, he drilled carefully to ensure the integrity of the tile and marble. I highly recommend it.
