It my first time checking out this app was a breeze, I worked with (Duck It) I showed him my computer that needed fixing, and he jumped right in. Not only did he totally nail the main problem, but he also took the time to update everything and even sorted out a few other little quirks I'd been dealing with. Seriously, it was such a smooth and helpful experience, I'd absolutely tell everyone to give it a try.
Joseph was on-time and very knowledgeable. He worked through my issue, which ended up being a corrupt software issue. He was very thorough in his process to diagnose and fix my PC. He also went above and beyond by helping fix a gaming issue a day later over the phone that had nothing to do with my initial problem for free. I highly recommend DuckIT and will use them again.
