The job hasn’t been done as yet, though the company has been very good with timely responses and clear information. UPDATE: This company and its employees are very pleasant and professional to deal with!! They sent timely reminders and details for the appointment and did an excellent job cleaning my windows for a reasonable price. The cleaner arrived a couple of hours before the appointment window I’d been given, which didn’t work at my end, and was considerate enough to come back right at the original time!
My fiancee and I needed to give our couch a much needed refresh after 3 years and Duck Solutions not only offered a great value but were very responsive and kind answering my questions and getting the process started. Gil was my onsite representative and he was the kindest person. I had a great experience with Ducks Solutions. I don’t have a typical carpeted apartment, but needed an area rug and couch done. They gave a great price, were punctual, and made my rug and couch look new again! Would definitely hire again and highly recommend!
Worst experience. Didn’t clean my awning. Should have never accepted the job! The guy onsite didn’t speak English and it was impossible to communicate the challenges he was having. And the guy ripped my awning. I hope they clean up their service.
They answered quickly and addressed all of my questions! Their specialist also came back when we noticed that there was still an odor on the corners of the couch covers for no added charge. We also appreciated the value of the service which was much more reasonable than what other companies wanted to charge us.
I booked the service and they rescheduled twice. I was moving out and had to get my carpets cleaned upon leaving. My appointment was at 10am and I received a text at 9:50am that they weren’t coming. My original appointment was on Wednesday and they reached out to reschedule and I said no problem and we actually pushed it to Friday and they cancelled again. Very unprofessional!
We had these guys pressure wash our front stairs and they were fantastic. Cleared all the moss, super responsive, incredibly easy to book, and a very reasonable price for the job. Wish I’d taken pictures because the difference was huge. Highly recommend!
