I hired Richard to install french doors in my living room and a barn door in my bedroom. Richard did an amazing job! The french doors were a little tricky, it was a 42inch opening and I couldn’t find french doors that fit the opening (only custom options that were $2,000+). I ended up purchasing bifold doors and he converted them to french doors. Very professional, easy to work with and makes sure the client is happy with all the work. Would definitely hire again if I had any door work.
Richard got back time right away, was able to give me a good idea of the general scope and cost of replacing an exterior door. He then came by to see the job in person, explained my options, and once we agreed on the job, was able to order the replacement door and schedule the work in a timely manner. He did a great job, and left the area clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
Great service all around. He worked with my schedule to have the shower door replacement completed when it worked for me. He was on time and did an excellent job! Would not hesitate to hire again
Dumble Doors did an excellent job replacing the front entry door to our older property. He was easy to communicate and schedule with. The finished door looks great and he cleaned up and disposed of the old door once completed. I would not hesitate recommending him to others.
Richard was nothing short of amazing. A true professional. He showed up on time and got right to work. He was able to install a master bedroom door in a flash for a reasonable price. If you are looking for honest, reasonable and professional work Richard is your guy.
Richard did a phenomenal job installing our front door. He communicated well, and was professional throughout the entire process. We installed a wooden door that was going to be stained after installation. Richard made three trips to our home and couldn’t install the first two trips due to imminent weather. Most guys would have installed the door and called it a day, but Richard put what would be in our best interests first. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a door installed!
Overall great experience. An expert in his field who conducts himself as an absolute professional.
Dumble Doors was great to work with! They came in and did exactly what they said they would do. They were able to get to the job more quickly than other contractors & cost less than others. Would definitely recommend!
I had 3 custom interior doors installed. The attention to detail and quality of work was excellent. I would recommend Dumble Doors to any of my friends without hesitation.
Richard was awesome. Helped me find a brand new front door and installed it flawlessly. Would definitely recommend!
Outstanding job once again! This marks my second engagement with him. Simply glance at the images provided; I’m convinced you won’t find anyone in Charlotte who matches the caliber and value of his work. It’s truly remarkable. You absolutely must enlist his services for your door project—don’t second-guess it.
Richard was excellent to work with, professional, on time, made it very easy for me to manage the job for my tenant. Good quality work. See before and after photos.
Excellent job on fixing my front door! I highly recommend this Pro, who not only repaired the door but also saved me a significant amount by taking care of the paint. Truly outstanding service!
Richard was able to fully replace my exterior door in one day and saved me time and money by noticing an interior door wasn't closing because of the frame. Other pros had told me I would need to buy a new door, but he made it close without needing to get a new door. I would recommend his services to everyone.
Richard did an amazing job installing French doors along with adding a few feet of drywall to enclose an open space in our house. The entire process from initial consultation to the finalized project took just under 3 weeks. Richard handled all aspects of the project including ordering the doors, adding new wainscoting where he added new drywall, and painting the doors/drywall. He was 100% punctual, very responsive with all questions, extremely professional, a perfectionist - and all for a good price. While Richard was at the house he also fixed some other issues with existing doors for a minimal fee. Look no further for all your door / door installation needs than Richard! A gem of a find.
Excellent job in getting my new door installed. He was quick and efficient. Will hire again
I hired Richard to bore out some door knob holes in some of my old interior doors for some new door hardware I'll be installing. He did the job quickly and efficiently despite having some difficulty with the previous cut outs. Overall, I'm happy with the cuts and look forward to installing the new hardware.
Great communication, stellar work, on time, and reasonably priced. What more could you want? We painted our front door and installed a storm door-- the whole process was easy.
Awesome work! Would hire again!
