He changed two deadbolts on my front door, one of which was broken and needed re-drilling. He was helpful and did high-quality work.

Dominic is a really nice guy. He was the only person who responded to my inquiry with a genuine message and not a canned response. He was flexible with scheduling and did quick, high quality work. The only downside is I haven’t been able to get an itemized receipt. The total cost came out to be a bit higher than I expected based on the pricing he told me in our initial talks, so I was hoping to see a breakdown of the different charges, but the first receipt just said “custom amount” and the total. I asked if I could get an itemized receipt and he said he would send one, but never did. Other than that, it was a good experience! Just wish I knew what exactly I was charged for.
great work!
Domenik from DV Lock & Key was the first to respond to my inquiry when we needed to secure our office reception door. He personally visited our site to assess our needs and provided several options at an excellent price point. Domenik was incredibly helpful throughout the process, ensuring the installation met all professional building standards and Southwest Metro Fire Department safety requirements. He went above and beyond in both time and effort to get the job done right. He is truly one of the best people to work with!
Domenik was super quick in fixing my deadbolt lock and getting my key to work on it without having to buy a replacement. Really appreciate the professionalism and affordability of his services!
Dominick came super quick and completed my specified job in 5 minutes! Thanks again! :)
We live in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and this company said he could show up the next day. Very professional and courteous young man.
Domenik was professional and efficient with keying a door handle to the same key as the deadbolt. Would highly recommend. Happy to support a small business.
He was very responsive and quality of work was great and quick. Was able to replace our existing deadbolt with a smart lock in less than 20 mins!
I had noticed that my front doorknob was loose and my concern was that it would fail and not lock properly. I contacted DV Lock & Key and Domenik was prompt to reply saying he could come today. Domenik was so professional he explained that the current lock was old, it had been installed in the early 1990’s, but he could fix it but it could fail again in the future. Domenik offered me a fair price to replace the old lock with a new one, he was quick and keyed the new lock to my other doors. I will call again if I have lock concerns!
