The installers did a great job replacing the AC unit. I deducted one star because I felt I had to reach out regarding permitting one too many times. I also didn't like how there wasn't an option to get some money back in on the thermostat that comes with the install. It was pretty much a downgrade in every way from my current one.
Provided timely service. Victor the technician was knowledgeable and gave great service
Arrived on time. Work was ompleted in a timely, efficient and clean manner. Took time to answer questions and explain equipment.
Would hire them again. Showed up promptly and did an excellent job.
Excellent quality work. Fair pricing. Highly recommend.
This company was amazing! The have high quality products and won’t try to get you to buy something that isn’t necessary. They installed our unit next day!
The installers did a great job. The owner told me that the unit brand was Haier, however they installed another brand. When I questioned about it, I was told that it was the same with different name; they told me that the company brand installed in my property does manufacturer compressors for many brands, including Haier. I personally didn’t like the explanation and this compressor is noisy, not silent as the Haier unit next to mine. Also, I paid extra for the permit which was never done. I gave four stars because they did a really good installation. The installers were very professional, clean and polite.
Work was performed as promised and on time. Thank you for the fast response.
