Never showed up for the estimate and not response even after follow-ups.
Highly recommend Dynamic Home improvement as they were professional And very knowledgeable in the necessary work needed to repair my Storm damaged home.
Flori came out to the house on the day and time when he said he would. He provided clear communication as we went over the job that I needed (all new gutters & leaders installed). He and his team showed up for the installation the next day, and the job was complete by end of day. The workmanship was top notch. I would absolutely recommend them.
Dynamic Home Improvements did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, honest about the work that was needed, and kept us informed throughout the process. They worked quickly, did quality work, and left everything clean when they were finished. Very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend them.
We just had our roof and gutters replaced. I was blown away at how responsive the team was. Martin and team ensured that we understood all components of the pricing which was very fair, and took pictures along the way if anything unexpected came up. I loved that the foreman stayed onsite for the whole job giving us updates. The team wrapped up ontime and cleaned up accordingly. My parents are in the market for a roofing contractor and I will be definitely sending them Dynamic Home Improvements contact info.
honesty..i appreciated it. price..excellent I couldn't have asked for more thank you so much!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. So impressed. I contacted Dynamic Home Improvements in a panic, hoping they could come out to help prevent water damage before incoming storms. Not only were they at my house within 2 hours, they installed a “quick fix”. Very honest, professional, personable, knowledgeable, reasonable and punctual.
My job was very small and Flori was prompt and quick to take care of it. Sent me an after pic and follow up phone call since I was not present at the time. Very professional. Thank you
We are extremely pleased with Dynamic Home Improvements, They replaced our concrete chimney with beautiful brick one. It no longer leaks into the basement. The crews that worked here were professionals, they left the yard clean and they worked efficiently. We’re good for another 60 years!
Excellent communication. goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. definitely hire again for future projects. Dan r
I had a great experience with this company! Flori came out to fix a missing piece in my soffit and handled everything quickly and professionally. The repair looks perfect, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. What really stood out to me was the extra effort, he even took the time to clean off bird droppings on the side of my home, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that. Highly recommend Flori and this company if you’re looking for reliable, efficient, and thoughtful service!
Having our gutters replaced was a stress free experience from beginning to end. Flori came out immediately to provide us with an estimate and it was better than we expected. He and his crew were able to fit us in that same week. Everyone showed up, worked hard, and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. The outcome is better than we even imagined. We will definitely be contacting them again for future work.
Honestly working with Flori was great. He was very responsive and was very honest at the onset. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.
I was very pleased with the service provided. The repairs were done in a neat, efficient and professional manner. He also stood by the original estimate despite conducting some additional repairs once the project started.
Definitely going to utilize Dynamic for future projects! Very courteous and professional. Thanks for doing such a quick and efficient job replacing my vent cap.
Flori and his guy did a fantastic job. Many of our neighbors complimented us on our roof already. We are looking forward to seeing the difference in our utility bills. See before and after photos.
Did a good job
Nice job, reasonable price and reliable ! Thanks
Dynamic Home Improvements did an an excellent job salvaging my weed covered paver patio, and they did it at a very reasonable price. Mark power washed the area thoroughly and then removed every last weed by hand before applying new sand. His work has transformed the space, and I’m very pleased. I’m also pleased that the process from estimate to completion was so fast, friendly, and easy.
