Every worker was really nice and professional! They were very punctual and efficient when it came to moving and packing. They helped assemble boxes for the stuff I still needed to pack and was very considerate to not break anything. They were also very understanding when I realized I needed extra stuff packed that I didn’t mention initially. I will FOR SURE use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.
Movers were ok until they bent the foot on my couch. I also asked for furniture assembly in my quote, but the two guys looked very confused when I handed them instructions and opened the box. Ended up asking them to leave it, because the whole process was taking too long. Would not recommend.

I called Dynamic Xpress Movers just 2 days before my client’s move, and they exceeded every expectation. They arrived right on time and began work immediately, they professionally packed everything, carefully moved all items to the new location, and unloaded everything within just 4 hours. The team was efficient, and incredibly fast while still handling everything with care. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Dynamic Xpress Movers did a great job moving my home. The movers were extremely punctual , professional, and efficient. It was an all day move and the team would not take a break! They worked like a fine tuned machine and took really good care of my furniture, making sure everything was wrapped and padded. Pros- - Quoting process was easy and straight forward. They even offered extra wardrobe boxes without charge to get the business from another company who were offering the same. - Arrived on time and worked efficiently. Cons- -Might be dumb, but I try to introduce myself and was met with no interest- I just figured they wanted to get started so no big deal, but after speaking with Tony on the phone today I can see he is not a very pleasant person to deal with. -I had many broken items that were heavily wrapped, just glasses and whatnot that are replaceable so no big deal. I am missing 2 pairs of brand new jeans that cost over $100 each, and in my Thumbtack conversation I also noted that in no way did I think theft whatsoever, I just could not find them- My exact response to him - "I am missing 2 pairs of $100/each blue jeans that I had just bought (Have the receipt from the 11th) that still had the tags on them. I have looked everywhere for the the blue jeans, and I am not accusing of theft, they are just missing." I was just hoping he may have remembered putting them somewhere else as the closet was full. Simple honest question. -His response "none of my worker steal, so please stop the accusations" -Also on the move, they damaged my $500 night stand, the scratch was so deep it went through the stretch wrap. He accused me of scratching this because I am bringing this up two weeks after the move. His response on Thumbtack "all your item where padded and shrink wrapped, and there was no scratch on the night side, if there was a scratch on a night, why are you just reaching out to me know after 2 weeks." He also claimed the house was full and there was nowhere to put things which I do not disagree with on some parts, but the hallway leading to the bedroom was wide open and the bedroom this went into to was COMPLETELY empty of anything, so that made no sense as well. But yes, I took a hacksaw too it because I am going to damage my own property that I saved up for. Ridiculous. -Also damaged and scratched beyond repair was my $2000 coffee table from Restoration Hardware. I know it is very heavy, but it's also because it is real wood and not cheap. Whatever on that too, I must have done it because I so hate my furniture that I paid very good money for. - The day after the move they asked for a review via Thumbtack, so I let them know I was still unpacking and sent a picture of the table, which he says he never received although I have the email. - It's Christmas, I am still unpacking and finding things, arranging the home, moving boxes- the typical moving into a new home things people do to get settled in on TOP of preparing for Christmas...and I also have a freaking job working 12-14 hours a day where I do not have time to be on the internet- So yes, it took me two weeks to ask for some kind of tiny refund of some sort on a $600 move a mile down the road plus a $100 tip. I had the rating at 3 stars but I also did as he asked and gave him a call to talk about this. I was met with hostility, a VERY unpleasant attitude and idiotic accusations, so I ended up just hanging up the phone as I did not care whatsoever to argue with someone who was so intent on blame shifting- therefore I dropped down to 1 star due to that conversation of accusations from him "I did this, I did that, we did not do anything you are saying. No we will not refund anything because you are lying". Just had to smh. VERY unpleasant attitude not willing to even let me talk. Not at all what I was expecting from a "professional" company with many moves. I should have gone with A1 Movers per advice of others. That gentleman was very nice on the phone and did not seem to have this kind of attitude, and I know of others who have had a positive experience using them from the complex I moved from. Lesson learned, glad I do not have to move again soon and very glad all of my cellular alarms are installed as I do not trust this company nor the people there at all. Use at your own risk. I will be filing a claim and reporting this to Thumbtack as well. If this is the kind of attitude that they want to promote then I will no longer use this site. Not really a big deal. He can respond to this as he pleases, and I am very interested to see his reply as we were unable to finish our "conversation" on the phone due to the rudeness and hilarious accusations on his part.
I searched the internet for the "best movers" in Houston. Five names came up. I called and left messages for two. Within the hour Tony called me back and with very short notice confirmed he could do the job; moving; the contents of a 3-bedroom house from a jam-packed storage facility to a house in the Heights. Tony and his 2-man crew showed up early and ready to work. The were careful, friendly and professional and even let me help. The storage was packed floor to ceiling and I had underestimated the amount of stuff to move so they had to make 2 trips but did so without complaint. I had a couple of pizzas delivered and the crew took 15 min to eat and got right back to work. They safely handled many precious, breakable items and ended up working late to get the job done. After all that Tony gave me a 10% discount for my grey hair. End of the day we were all tired but job done and very well done. Thank you Tony and Dynamic Xpress Movers!
