We were dealing with water leaking through our sunroom roof into our walls. Several other professionals didn't know how to handle it, particularly given the fact that the sunroom roof is all glass. Armando quickly diagnosed the problems and identified solutions that others had not considered. The work involved installing some new gutters and downspouts and sealing other areas where water was seeping in. Armando was able to get a team on site within a few days when the weather was right. Time will tell if his solutions fully solve the problem, but he stands behind his work with a two-year warranty. I was very impressed with his professionalism and would recommend him.

Just completed a fairly large and complicated repair on a building in downtown DC involving siding and rooftop structural repairs. I have to say, E&E Contracting was INCREDIBLE — James in particular. Form the moment I requested a quote, James kept in touch with me, provided honest assessments, and always had photos and evidence for each item that needed work. Of course, I obtained quotes from several, and even the quote process was painful, with the exception of E&E Contracting. Called me after inspecting the unit and had actual photographs to discuss. The work was timely, and James ensured that we were able to keep costs down wherever possible. 6 out of 5 stars! Honestly, this is the best experience with a contractor I’ve ever had.

James, the sales rep, as others have said was quick to respond. After his onsite visit to see rotting wood /deterioration on rear of house explained what E&E Contracting LLC would do to fix the issue. (Especially liked the computer generated pictures that illustrated identifying areas to be repaired) Company Owner /Work crew prompt and efficient. Price reasonable.
I had a shed from the previous owner that was in a pretty poor shape, but it was unique and I wanted to keep it instead of getting something generic. James with E&E Contracting gave me a reasonable price, amazing list of color options for the siding and shingles, and their installers absolutely nailed it. They went an extra mile replacing some of the damaged plywood. I am so happy I found this company! Highly recommend!
