They can ask the customer when they would like to schedule appointments rather than telling them when they're coming. The painting is bad, doesn't look professional. For what i I paid, I hould have gotten better. Don't rip off your customers. I already had a walk-in shower. They didn't have much to do. They should admit they're not used to remodeling bathrooms. That is clear. A friend told me to hire them. I regret doing so but that is on me. When hired tell the customer how far they're actually out. Don't say a couple of months when it's really more like 6 months. They could impove on their communication. I wanted a smaller cabinet but received the same size I got rid of. When walked on, the floor makes a cracking sound in some places. Give the customer options, don't just install a faucet of their choosing. The guy put the vent on the roof and never told me he was there. COMMUNICATE! I could say more but I will leave it at that. I felt disrespected. I asked them to come at 8:30 but they came a 8. I wasn't dressed. Don't drag the job out. I was told 2 maybe 3 days. It lasted weeks.

They showed up for the appointment and were professional, courteous, and polite. We actually had fun getting the deal done with Chris and Bill
