About EAE Consulting & Contracting
I’m a medically retired construction professional with years of hands-on experience in all types of construction work. As a one-person operation, you’ll work directly with me from start to finish, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. I’m honest and straightforward: if something is outside my expertise, I’ll tell you—and connect you with trusted subcontractors who can handle it the right way. My priority is doing the job correctly, safely, and at a fair price. If you’re planning a project and want someone knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to communicate with, I’d be glad to take a look and provide a fair, no-pressure estimate.
Reviews
Larry responded to my inquiry within a few hours. And came over and looked at the job a few hours later. He worked me up an estimate the same day. We made some revisions and he started the work two days later. Work was completed within the week and everything is great. My problems were solved. He is very down to earth and easy to work with and I feel like the price was appropriate. Needless to say, he may not be able to get to me this quickly in the future, but he had time in between big jobs that he could take care of me very quickly this time. I will not hesitate to use the service again, probably in the near future😊
