We had them come out onsite to our home that is being remodeled to check if a wall we want to create built ins on can be recessed or if it load bearing. He was super helpful in explaining all the terminology and suggesting alternative options. He was also very kind in answering my additional questions about future projects. Will definitely be working with them moving forward! There responsiveness was also great! Messaged them and within 24 hours came out , which is HUGE! when we're in full demo mode and want to keep to our timeline. Thank you!

My main inspector suggested I hire a structural engineer and I’m glad I found this company. I requested an appointment and the following day I had an appointment. Sina and team helped me assess my properties foundation and structural integrity during the escrow process.. They walked me through the risks so that I could make an informed decision. I was never rushed, they took the time to explain in layman terms and they answered all of my questions.
Engineer was very knowledgeable and thorough when evaluating the structure of our house for a project. He also helped come up with a plan for our contractor and made sure we understood everything. Thanks for all the help!
Eagle construction and engineering was great! I need some advice on structural changes to our house and they provided a great service!
Eagle Construction is the real deal! Don’t wait on contacting them. You won’t regret it. My wife and I explored several contractors for our home renovation project before ameeting with Sina from Eagle Construction. But after we met, we immediately knew we would be proceeding with them to do the work. From the get go, Sina was prompt to respond to my inquiry for a quote. Additionally, he showed up on the agreed upon date and time to review the scope of work for our project. No flaking, no excuses, no tardiness. I explained our project to Sina which involved modifying 2 different load bearing walls. Sina listened to what we wanted and broke down the options and routes feasible to accomplish the goal. He was professional, answered all our questions, and provided insight into the various phases of planning, obtaining permits, and how the work would be done by the team to carry out the renovation. The quote provided in the beginning was honest and fair. Most importantly it was accurate. No surprises or hidden fees. The work performed was high quality in both technique and materials utilized. All the work was performed within the timeframe proposed (actually quicker than anticipated). Eagle construction is a local family owned and run company with decades of knowledge and expertise that you as the client will benefit from when working with them. They are not not one of those large construction companies where clients are just cogs in their machine. Eagle Construction takes the time to make sure they understand and accomplish the goals of your project. I have no hesitation recommending Eagle Construction and I know we will be using Eagle construction for future projects at our home. If you want high quality work, fair pricing, efficient timeline, and clear communication the Eagle Construction is the team to choose for your project.
