Reviews
Great experience. They've cleaned my home twice. The team is quick and efficient. Accommodating and easy to make an appointment with great pricing. Very responsive. I would definitely recommend them!
Very pleased with their work & performance. Cleaned my home exactly the way it needed to be. Certainly will use them again. Thank you Mr. Benjamin and your team.
His team arrived on time, he and his team cleaned with utmost diligence. I had several companies in the past it is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used. They were friendly and professional and made sure everything was cleaned to our liking before leaving for the day.
Completely unreliable! Eagle Eyes asked for a deposit. They messaged me late at night and asked me to schedule it for the next day. I confirmed with them again for a different date. They messaged me again another late night asking for another schedule change again for the next day. They would not stick to the original schedule. I demand a refund for a service never completed!!
Outstanding experience! Looking forward to our next cleaning.
Am very appreciative of the professionalism and quality of the cleaning done by the Eagle crew. My daughter commented “my refrigerator looks like it did when I bought it”. Eagle Eye was able to fit me into their schedule quickly.
They were good with responses. They did the job to satisfaction. I would recommend them.
UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Since Eagle Eyes LLC felt the need to publicly respond to my review, let’s clear a few things up. 💅🏽 First of all, your initial estimate on the platform was $147, which I have screenshots of. I was also told I would receive a discount for being a first-time customer AND referring my mother to your company. Funny how none of that made it into your response. Now we’re talking about $325 as if there was never any other pricing discussed? Interesting. 😂 And yes, you’re absolutely correct. No cleaning services were performed. My review was about my experience with your pricing, communication, and customer service. You do not have to physically clean someone’s home for them to have an experience with your business. At this point, the continued back-and-forth is making me feel harassed simply for sharing my experience as a potential customer. Instead of trying to discredit my review, perhaps focus on why a customer walked away feeling misled in the first place. I have my receipts, I stand by my experience, and I said what I said. Respectfully. 💋
Very good job, keeping up with my house cleaning was driving me insane. Paying them and not having to think about it was incredible,. Worth every penny.
The workers were thorough and focus on getting the job done. The job was performed in an excellent manner.
Wow this family is such a life saver. I’m going through a lot and they came and helped me more than I expected. I just talked it over with my husband and I will be using them more now. Great team highly recommend
