Stan with Eagle I Security, LLC responded to my request to pull ethernet cables throughout my home to work with a newly installed 2gb internet fiber service. Stan came out to my home to walk through my requirements and home structure and delivered a solid estimate. We negotiated some points to make the solution more suitable for a home network. We ran into a few issues during the install which were resolved. My Feedback Positives: Staff was friendly. Staff is knowledgeable Staff was efficient. Staff was clean. Staff asked questions and provided updates. Opportunities for improvement: Owner needs to ensure to provide staff with all required components needed for job when staff arrives first day. Owner should come to job site for a quick check-in with customer and staff. When issues are encountered, owner should contact customer with a phone call for resolution.
Steve was great. He really worked to solve our Ethernet cable issues systematically, identifying and fixing several problems related along the way. He was great at explaining things to me, too, which is important bc I manage the technology in our home and I need to know what's up. We were very impressed with this company and Steve, the tech. We would definitely call them again.
