When I was left in a massive bind at the last minute, she completely stepped up to save our gathering. With almost no notice, she jumped right into action, went straight to the market to get ingredients, and showed up exactly on time. She was incredibly reliable, professional, and calm under pressure. While the food itself was straightforward, her dedication and willingness to rescue our event at the eleventh hour was unmatched. We are so grateful she was there to pull it all together for us!
Daisy and her team did an incredible job for my wedding. We had 150+ people for a backyard wedding at our home. We hired 2 servers and 2 bartenders. We opted to do photos before the ceremony which means we were not there when they showed up... Daisy and the team were so professional and together though, they did not need anything at all from us. We had the wine, liquor, beer, waters, and ice delivered the night before and the catered dinners and desserts were delivered the day of. All of the cocktail hour snacks were put together and organized by Daisy and Felipe, the second server. By the time we made it back to the house EVERYTHING was ready to go and it all looked AMAZING. Truly beautiful presentations at every course. They are wonderful at what they do. I didn't think twice about food and drinks all night because they just consistently had everything handled. I would also highly recommend the all-inclusive bar package add-on, where we just had to buy the alcohol and they brought all the cups, straws, napkins, juices, soda, and garnishes. The package included two very nice looking wooden bars that went perfectly with our decor. My guests loved that there were two bars to keep up with the volume and the two bartenders, Tim and Emmanuel were fantastic! I can't say enough good things about this company. I definitely forgot to be prepared for a few things, like putting together the wedding cake, and Daisy and Felipe just smoothed things over without batting an eye. They all effortlessly managed and anticipated every detail throughout the entire event with a smile. What a wonderful company and what a great group of people they brought with them to make my wedding unforgettable. I hope I get a chance to hire them again in the future. Thank you Daisy!!
Daisy was wonderful! She was very attentive during our party and helped us make sure everything was in order before she left. Would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Daisy was incredible! She helped me set up for my backyard graduation party. She made everything look great, she hand passed appetizers, she constantly cleaned up, she set-up and monitored a popcorn machine and a chocolate fountain for me. She was on top of everything! She helped me enjoy the party because I knew she was monitoring the food stations. She also brought Danny, the bartender and he was also great. I would absolutely hire her again and definitely recommend her!
Daisy was amazing at our Passover Seder! She was so helpful in cleaning, organizing, serving and going with the flow. I would recommend her very highly and will certainly hire her again. She really is a high-quality professional and was so pleasant to have in our home. Many of our guests complimented her work! Can’t say enough good things bout Daisy!

Daisy and Surmy assisted with my baby shower and I truly cannot speak highly enough of their work and professionalism. I unfortunately did not get any quality pictures of the food spread or setup that they worked so hard to expertly execute, but I can assure you that it was 10/10. We hosted 60+ people in our yard and had dozens of catering trays delivered, which they were so diligent about plating perfectly. The setup, constant attention to cleanliness, and clean up all significantly exceeded our expectations. Additionally, anytime one of them saw me holding a gift, needing a refill, etc., they were on top of it immediately. I have never once had a party at our home that I was able to 100% enjoy and have no worries, until this one - thanks to Daisy and Surmy. Lastly, I had so many requests from guests for their contact information - THAT'S how expertly of a job they did!
Daisy and her staff were incredible. I had a backyard wedding with 50 guests and from the minute she walked in the door she was elevating my vision with suggestions and expertise. Last year I hired an event staff and they were absolutely horrible. I was very skeptical in trying again for such an important event I was having. Nevertheless I went back on thumbtack and I read reviews of different companies. Easton Premier stood out from above the rest. I was promptly contacted and knew after the first conversation with Daisy I was in good hands. They exceeded my expectations beyond the call of duty. It warmed my heart to hear my guests rave about my servers! Professionals at best! I actually got to enjoy my party and being with my family was priceless. Daisy and her staff made all of that possible. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to! They really left me speechless! They are a top notch company and I plan on doing all my business with them no matter where I’m at in the country because they are worth it! Thank you ladies for being the best part of my party!
