He offered a quick fix that I did not want and I expressed it. He couldn’t find parts to fix my window but he insisted his quick fix was going to work. I should have been firmer with him, but he kept insisting and he went ahead and did his “fix.” It did not work; he said the glue would need to dry 24 hrs and if it didn’t work he’d be back to fix it. It didn’t work and I reached out several times but he never contacted me again. He charged 40$ for basically putting a sticker on a problem that needed a new part. I felt ignored and pressured.

He was polite and arrived on time, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the installation. The curtain rod was not level, and it was clear afterward that it had not been properly measured or checked before being finished. I trusted his professional judgment, especially since the holes were already drilled, but the work should not have been signed off in that condition. I was also quoted $45 per hour but ended up being charged $60, which was unexpected and not discussed beforehand. Would not recommend to anyone.
