Ruzi came out this morning to repair my garage door. He was prompt and professional. He replaced my spring and made sure it was lubricated. He also was very informative. I will have him do more work i the future.
Super good quality work in a timely fashion. Ruzi was prompt in providing solution and also did few extra maintenance stuff while he was here for free. I would hire him again for future work.
Had a great experience with this garage door repair service. The technician took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and walked me through the issue so I actually understood the problem. The repair was done exactly as promised—no surprises, no upselling. On top of that, they were genuinely kind and professional throughout. Highly recommend!
Worked with my schedule. Fixed the issue quickly. Very happy with his service
He did a PHENOMENAL job. I wish I met him two years ago when I hired another garage company who did a crappy job and took advantage of me not knowing any better. Definitely hire him!
Came same day to help with replacing garage door opener (chain to belt). Helped with other stuff also. Nice guy.
Ruzi with Garage Door responded promptly to my message. He was able to come out the very next day. When he was running late because of Chicago traffic he made sure to keep us updated. Due to the age of our light it could not be fixed. However he did clean and lubricate the garage door. It was greatly appreciated because the door had become quite loud. After cleaning and lubrication the door goes up and down quietly and smoothly.
Excellent service! He responded quickly, showed up on time, and fixed my garage door the very next day. He replaced both cables, explained what was wrong, and had everything working smoothly again. His pricing was very fair, and I appreciated that he was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Professional, friendly, and did great work. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future!
