Booked for 3 room clear out got a half living room clear out. Payed over 1000+ didn’t even get the other mattress. Dressers stacked on delicate speakers speakers are broken and worth about 30,000 as a pair if you couldn’t tell by music plaques. Also let a worker borrow a charger specifically asked for it back and they were gone before we got back to storage unit to even lock it. Didn’t work whole time period took twice as long to get to both locations and charged for those times we got about 4.5 hrs of work and paid for 7.5. Was really upset tried to be respectful hoping they would atleast pack the storage nice and was uncorrected. Guitars stacked behind and tippy top of things speakers shoved under things and again nowhere close to being done. One of the workers had to leave half way through as well which is why they didn’t finish unless I wanted to pay to park it. We left for an hour and on camera stood in the garage for an hour did nothing. Have videos of yall picking stuff up and throwing it back on the ground. Just utterly bad experience. I could’ve paid half the amount from any other company and got the job done. We provided half the boxes bubble wrap and a lot of our stuff was already boxed. And stuff that left isn’t in the storage either? Fold chairs etc and if ya want this review down and not added to id suggest you send some money back and make it right as we signed for insurance as well and I have broken shit

After going over numerous of times on the price at the end I was charged $143 extra for travel time. Not once was it mentioned!!! Shame on you!!!!
Communication with driver was excellent. Right on time and very careful with our furniture. Ilya and Bolat did an excellent job and a great attitude!
They were horrible. They were 2.5 hours late. They were slow, they milked the clock. I was told there was no fee for travel, just a surcharge. That was a lie. Then they came with an 8 hour bill. They also were partial to my white friend in treatment than the one who booked them. 0 out of 10. Do not recommend.
This team was awesome from start to finish. They were equally kind and hard working. Very organized, took great care of my things, and were quick to disassemble and reassemble my beds.
I paid 816.00 and my furniture that was disassembled by them should have been reassembled, I was without a bed for 2 days until I had someone put it back together NEVER AGAIN
On the initial day of the move, they rescheduled last minute. Secondly, the movers were moving extremely slow and not all items were wrapped. Lastly, there was charges thrown in after the move was completed yet no awareness to this prior to the move.
