Computer would not turn on, was able to come out next day and get me all fixed up. (PSU blew) he was able to work around my custom water loop which is extremely difficult and has almost no room to work.

Michael was able to respond to my problem but I was surprised that the bill expected was $90. @turned out to be $140. I mentioned this to him and he said I took more time. I have a mac and want to work with a Mac specialist.

Excellent service. Michael has a positive "can-do" attitude and is super knowledgeable. He was able to find a solution to my problem pretty quickly. We hit little snags along the way but tackled each of them. He was never discouraged which helped me maintain hope that all was not lost. Very easy to work with and made it all palatable. Ultimately I was able to save a ton of files that I was at risk of losing, and was able to restore my laptop to working condition. I would highly recommend Michael to others and I will certainly be keeping his card for future reference.
