Great service! On time and professional
Flexibility and customer focus
Communication was pretty good. The driver was late, with no notice, but otherwise the experience was very good.
From the time of first contact, the responsiveness and communication was amazing. The process to confirm was quick and easy too. Finally, the quality of the bus was what was discussed, it came on time and the driver was patient to wait until everyone boarded. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
This is the second time we have used this service. The owner is very responsive with text and phone calls. Their online booking system is also extremely easy to use.
I hired EasyWay Limo for my bachelorette and it was by far the best experience of the weekend! Mohammad was awesome and very responsive when I inquired about booking. The day of, he was informing me of my driver’s ETA which was so nice. Our driver Miguel was absolutely incredible. He was extremely professional, punctual, and super accommodating. He helped every girl off the bus at each stop, and even wore a full suit in the 95° weather we were facing. I obviously told him that he should take off the sports coat, but he left it on! He took pictures and videos of us throughout the day, which he didn’t have to but did. If you’re on the fence, you should DEFINITELY book EasyWay Limo for your transportation needs!!
Price for the party bus was reasonal, was pressional and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.
