They were an hour late for our scheduled cleaning, and they didn’t even contact us. I had to text and call them to find out that they’d be an hour late.

They do an excellent job.
Scheduled a time to come to my home. Did not arrive nor followed up.
This company is absolutely amazing! I texted Monday night in dire straits due to our tall grass resulting from rainy weather & was contacted the following morning. A very pleasant lady responded & the person arrived on time the same day as needed. we will use them again!
We had a bunch of overgrown weeds in our back driveway. They were able to clear these out for us quickly. Great work
They were affordable, professional and responded quickly. My unit was clean and fresh with a couple of hours. I definitely recommend 10/10.
I contacted this business through Thumbtack for a quote. They responded by asking for my address, which I promptly provided. After that, I never heard back from them despite waiting for a follow-up. A simple response letting me know they were unavailable or no longer interested would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the lack of communication was disappointing.
Contacted them about having my lawn mowed, since my work schedule wasn't allowing me to, and was messagedback very quickly by this pro to handle the work. When they came to mow the lawn, it was about three weeks due for cutting, and he handled it ridiculously well, including the edging. Usually I will mow my own yard, but if I need it again, I won't hesitate to contact them!
EBF provided us with a great service on a short notice. They have been very responsive and affordable! Would highly recommend!
Super happy with EBF. Within an hour of asking for a quote, the job was completed. Very friendly, quality work, fair price.
They did an amazing job cleaning. The house was spotless. They are friendly and easy to work with. Willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. They were punctual and responsive to questions.
I have used several cleaning companies over the years for spring and fall deep cleaning. This company performs at a professor level 100%. I am beyond happy with the cleaning service. No corners cut. beautiful job! Thank you!
They are absolutely wonderful. Please don’t use anyone else but them. They do such an amazing job.
Great expertise with them! Would recommend anywhere from deep cleaning to regular cleaning.
My wife and I have been doing our own cleaning and have very busy schedules. Add two kids and their respective activities, and we are lucky to just get all the laundry done and put away. Enter EBF Cleaning. It was expensive, to be honest, for the first deep clean, so I was skeptical. However, when I got home with the kids after work I heard them both say, “WOW!” when they walked inside ahead of me. Still noticing small details I didn’t realize were an issue until they were cleaned. We will be using them for maintenance cleaning moving forward.
