Eclipse Entertainment: DJ Nohu Sets that read the room, not the script. I'm Ryan, also known as DJ Nohu, and I've been playing events and making music around Buffalo since 2018. My range covers a lot of ground: smooth jazz for cocktail hour, disco and funk once the dance floor opens, and hip hop for late night. Weddings are what I'm booked for most, and I can cover your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception myself, so the music never gets handed off to someone else. Before your event, we go through the songs you love, the ones you never want to hear and the big moments: your entrance, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting and last song. I plan the night around you and your crowd. During your event, guests request and the floor decides. I built my own song request app, and each event gets its own page with your names on it. Through a link or QR code guests can visit it to request a song, with no app or account needed. They can add a note like "Bride's dad asked for this" or "late night please," and back up other guests' picks so the most popular songs rise to the top. Your do-not-play list blocks songs automatically, and I can approve, limit or pause requests whenever I need to. The page even shows what's playing now. I can see what the room wants without anyone shouting over the speakers at the booth. Full demos are available on my website! Ryan was responsive and listen to what our daughter wanted for her reception. His music choices were perfect for the event. We had about 150 guests and received numerous compliments on our DJ. We would not hesitate to use Eclipse again. Hire him you will not regret.
