Reviews
Fast response, transparency with cost and what they provide, no upselling, and they were great with listening to what service it was that I was looking for. They completed stage one and they’ll be back for stage two in a couple of days. I am new to the neighborhood and I have some concerns regarding my neighbors yard so I want to get ahead of any potential problems with pest or insects. I explained that to Brian and he let me know exactly what preventative measures they could take to make sure I’d be free and clear of any future problems.
The treatment did not work. It has been less than a month and whatever solution was used did not work very well and we have new spider webs. Additionally, the technician did not arrive within the arranged window of time and we had to reschedule for another day
Returned immediately after treatment wasn’t working and redid to perfection. Personnel was polite, professional and explained process in an understandable way.
they did great work and were concerned about our cats
The staff is very helpful and friendly! I'm so happy that I found them on thumb tack. I highly recommend them
Great experience. The team was able to get me service the same day. Very responsive the entire time. Will be using their services on an ongoing basis
It was super easy to set up with Ecoguard for them to come out and spray for spiders!
They were able to get our job done quickly and professionally. Our technician provided insights and helped us better understand what was happening.
We just entered into a service contract work EcoGuard for cockroaches (yuck). They were so easy to get a hold of and one of the only companies that took time to answer my questions. They were also able to come out relatively quickly and, on top of all of that, a great price. Highly recommend!
They were easy to work with and communicate with regarding an issue with a black widow spider, potential baby spiders, and other spiders in our garage. They responded immediately and sent someone out to spray the next day. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain their methodology. When I saw there were still spiders after the initial treatment they immediately responded and sent someone out to spray again to make sure the issue was dealt with.
