At first the process did not go as planned, I was scheduled for a one time service for wasps and the evaluation explained to me was to treat the slab, any nests and to check the attic. The day arrived and the tech came and only showed up with 2 spray cans to only knock down 1 nest. I was not pleased... I called in frustration and wanted to verify I wouldn't be charged. The general manager called me back (after 5 P.M.) and wanted to rectify the issue - had someone come out the next day and do the service as discussed. I am now pleased with how thing went.
I called in the morning and Michael came out at noon. He was on time and very professional. He gave us a quote and was very reasonable. They are coming out Wednesday to do the job.

Had a great experience with Economy Extermination! They got out to us quickly to assess yellow jacket nests on our home. They were able to come within a few days to treat them! They did such a thorough job that I even cancelled my current pest control company and signed up to have them be my new quarterly pest control company!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Economy Exterminators. I had called them to get a quote for pest control services. When their representative arrived, they explained the options available. Unfortunately, their prices were significantly higher than what other companies had quoted us, and the services offered were not competitive. When I politely informed the representative that we would be going with another vendor, they responded quite abruptly and rudely, saying, "Then why do you call us for?" This reaction was both unprofessional and unexpected. I calmly explained my reasons for choosing another company, but the representative's dismissive and rude behavior left a very negative impression. It seems that Economy Exterminators expects to secure 100% of the business they quote, and when they don’t, they resort to unprofessional conduct. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Economy Exterminators to anyone. Professionalism and courtesy are just as important as the services provided, and unfortunately, this company fell short on both counts.
We had an initial consultation with Michael, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Jayden performed our initial treatment and was equally as great to work with. Ian concluded our treatment to round out a successful, hassle-free experience! Would work with them again!
Economy did an excellent job of removing the hornets nest hanging of the top of my house.
When I submitted the request, they were quick to respond in the app and also followed up with a phone call. They also reached out again the next day as a follow. I ended up cancelling the request but seems like they are someone I would consider in the future.
They inboxed me to say they could assist but when I called I was told I was outside of the service area.
Was able to come out within hours to fix our pest problem.

Great experience with Economy Exterminators! They came out for a free estimate, explained how the service works and why they do the treatments they do. They also explained that after treatment I may still see some bugs for a week or so, but after they I shouldn’t see anymore and if I did they would come back out and treat again for free. It’s been a little more than a week and they were correct. No more bugs! Very happy with this company and will continue to use them!
Kirk was so professional and thorough. He inspected way more than I would expect from a free review and I really felt like he went above and beyond to help us out. While our problem doesn't align with his services (HVAC issues), I will definitely keep his info if we need mildew/mold, moisture or pest control in the future.
