Hire her immediately. She has been incredible to work with. What I appreciate most is how intuitively she understands the flow of a home and how things need to function in real life. She works incredibly autonomously, needs very little direction, and somehow knows exactly what needs to be done. She has lifted such a huge mental load for me. Our home is not only beautifully organized, but it also functions so much better because of the systems she has created. Having someone I can trust to come in, take ownership, and make thoughtful decisions without needing constant guidance has been invaluable. We are still working with her and absolutely plan to continue. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
