Edri Construction

Jonathan is a highly professional project manager. He patiently explained everything from scratch and quickly offered smart solutions. When I had an issue leveling my patio with the retaining wall, he immediately suggested using wall caps. He also explained the importance of involving an in-house engineer to ensure the project meets both safety standards and my budget. Thanks to him, I now have a temporary solution that lets me use my backyard while planning the full rebuild.

The estimator was brusque and not at all collaborative. I had two projects. My exterior wood stairs needed a repair. He said they didn’t repair because they would be responsible for the entirely of the 3 story stair case - engineering and construction. They would only tear it all down and rebuild the whole thing. This was a one day project and although I respect job minimums, he could have just said this. My second project involved a shower leaking into the floor below. He assessed the job from below subfloor (where I had opened the ceiling) and pronounced that the installation had been done without waterproofing. It was all fine with permits. When I said the waterproofing would be applied above the area we were looking at and impossible to see he said “well it could be black or it could be red. They go on different sides.” Huh? When we got to the shower itself he said our only solution was to remove all the tile in the pan and in the bathroom and redo all of it since we had no idea where the leak was coming from. No discussion of a plumbing test on inlet or outlet. No discussion of a pan leak test to rule in/out that specific area. Nope - all new tile. The whole thing. I won’t bother with him being half an hour late and going to the wrong address. And I certainly understand the desire to bid jobs that have enough money behind them. But he seemed fairly clueless, ensuring that when it’s time to do that big job….these guys won’t get the call.

They came to my house to scope the projects, spent a lot of time getting into the details showing a ton of interest along the way. Confirmed that they were very excited to work on it and promised to get a quote by the following Tuesday. When I didn’t hear anything, I asked and they said they would need more time to put the quote together. When I checked in again several days later, they said they were no longer able to do the project. I asked why and they ignored me. If they would have just given me some context, I would have been more understanding. But to waste my time scoping the project, have me waiting on a quote, then not even give an explanation reflects poorly on them as a business.

Edri Construction was an amazing company to work with. We remodeled our home with them and everything was seamless. We really enjoyed working with their designer who was very resourceful. We loved working with David who held our hand throughout the whole process. Their team is very trustworthy!

We called to multiple companies to give us an estimate and we are so happy to find this company . David helped us with the design for the new kitchen. They gave me the best offer, not lowest at price but best in terms of quality. The working crew were true professionals, hard workers, nice and communicative. Thank you Edri Construction ! It was the right choice.

I was extremely satisfied at the finished result. Edri Construction did a great job remodeling my kitchen. Isaac and his team really know what they are doing, they were very professional and clean. Every day after they would finish up they made sure to clean up after themselves. The end result was excellent and I am super satisfied with my new kitchen. It looks very modern and is very functional also. Thank you !!

Do not waste my time and efforts by sending a message asking for more details about my project when you do not work in my city. My address was manifest from the onset.

Initially, I missed the call from Edri Constructions, but later found that they are very responsive. I would be happy to work with them in future.

These guys are a joke. This guy, named Sammy, came very late to the appointment, 35-40'. He showed up with an attitude bragging that they are a boutique company and take only projects worth taking. Not clear what the criteria/threshold was. He came out with an estimate that someone else in the field commented: "This guy must have smoked something good!". Worthless to say I decided to spend no more time with them.
