just now New On 5/5/2026, Zack’s team, Terence and TJ moved my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The crew was professional yet, there were some damages to my sofa. I did not report due to the fact that I understand that things happen when moving furniture, however, my daughter and I have been getting bit by bed bugs for weeks. I have taken photos of the bites on my arms and will share a photo. When I contacted Zack, he says, so what do you want me to do about it? Bed bugs can come from anywhere, however, I have not allowed anyone in my home and I did not have them prior to choosing this company. I paid $100 in tips to the guys plus the fee with Zack which included a $150 truck fee. He informed me the team power washes this once a week, however, this should be done daily as I should not have to worry about these things or financially eat the cost. This company is not professional. An apology goes a long way and helping split the cost is also important too. I have a $4,000 Sleep Number mattress and myself and my 12 year old are getting bit and will be forced to find temporary housing as a result. Do not book with him. He’s unprofessional and refuses to take accountability. He says he will send you $25 if you give a 5 star review.

I had a great experience with this moving company and highly recommend them. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with all of my furniture and belongings. They handled everything with attention to detail, making sure nothing was scratched, damaged, or mishandled. What really stood out was how fast they worked without ever cutting corners. They stayed organized, communicated clearly throughout the process, and were very helpful whenever I had questions or needed something adjusted. I also really appreciated their respect for my home. I provided shoe coverings, and they made sure not to step onto my new floors or carpet with their shoes on, which showed a high level of care and consideration. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for the level of service I received. It truly felt like I got great value for my money. Had a great experience, Zach and his team disassembled and moved all of my heavy furniture, reassembled and made sure I liked the placement before leaving. Even set up an appointment for my TVs to get mounted same day. Would definitely recommend.
