The entire process was smooth as silk. Initial meeting was as scheduled with no delay. I actually had to shift the meeting time and Eduardo was extremely accommodating. Discussed the project specifications, drainage concerns and step height from home to patio. Estimate was received expediently and price was fair. The best part work began as agreed upon, almost, there was a one day delay as an issue arose they had to address. No biggie as the other companies I had agreements with were weeks behind schedule. Bottom line, they arrived before the sun parted the darkness and worked diligently until done. Quality was top notch, all of my concerns were addressed and then some. I have more work than money, so Esparza Concrete will be my only choice for future projects when I get enough pennies in the piggy bank 🐖.
