When we set arrangement up, he should keep his appointments. He never called never text.
This was my first time using this app and it will not be the last thanks to the awesome experience I had. Communication was great. Richard got the jobs done by my deadline and it was good as new. Thanks again Richard. I highly recommend!
Richard was very sweet and very professional he did an amazing job and I would refer him to anyone that Needs work done... Thank you Richard
He was supposed to do a work at my house today at 10am. He confirmed appt. and everything. He DID NOT show up at all, and not only that, he never answered my texts nor my calls. I've never met anyone so unprofessional.
We scheduled an appointment for 10-25 almost 1 week in advance. Called to tell me he was going to be late showed up around 4:30. Took numerous photos. I sent Richard an email asking what happened since he never called me back to give me an estimate on 10-29-2018. Today at 4:30 I get a call from Richard asking why I sent him the message on Thumbtack? Anyway, he wanted to come back and take another look at the job. After he took at least 12 photos. So, me not so impressed. Today is 11-05-2018. I guess Richard does not need the work. He just wasted my time.
Impressive work, professionalism and finished work in a timely fashion.
He was wonderful. Came on time, professional, kind, did a perfect job as promised and left everything cleaned. He came prepared with some items to improve on my project and made sure I had a quality finished closet that will last. I'd hire him again. Don't look elsewhere!
A plus contractor, very knowledgeable, fixed it good.
Richard is very nice person. The job was done quiclky and correctly. I will definetely recommend him and I will also work with him again.
