Never follows through with quotes. Wasted scheduling and meeting time.
Edwin needs to not over schedule things, we scheduled several instances and he or his team did not show up. We waited 2 weeks based on his schedule and we ended up having to cancel as he kept pushing things out.
I cannot say enough good things about Edwin and his crew. I had an outstanding experience with him and highly recommend him for your construction needs. He was professional, reasonable, responsive, punctual, did out of the box problem solving saving us $$, and the end result was better than we imagined. Highly recommend him and his team!
We had a small deck installed at the front of our house to level things out. He worked with the other contractor installing the guard tail fence to create a seamless and wonderful creation that exceeded our expectations! We also had his team create a custom built bin shed that fit perfectly! It also exceeded our expectations in craftsmanship and is a beauty to look at. We will call Edwin again for our next project.
Did not show up for scheduled appointment
My old home was in need of TLC! We had wood rot around the window frame in the back of the house. Edwin arrived promptly for a quote and gave us reasonable pricing. His hardworking crew was able to start the work a few days later. Now my window is as good as new! Thank you Edwin and team ❤️🙏
Edwins team did a great job repairing my backyard stairs and installing a gate at the top. Excellent work! I would hire him again.
I highly recommend Edwin New Structural Framing. Edwin came to our Brentwood home and gave us a very reasonable quote for our project. We wanted to install an electric fireplace, cover the new wall with rock, and hang our tv there, too. We asked him to build out the wall to the specified clearance for the fireplace, frame out and put drywall up so it would be ready to receive the stone. We would add the stone and install the fireplace and tv ourselves. Once we agreed to the price, he was able to schedule the project for the following week, estimating it would take 3-4 days. Edwin and his crew member arrived promptly when they said they would. The first thing they did was erect a heavy plastic “workroom barrier” so nothing could escape into the room. They brought all necessary materials and carefully carried out our job. I hadn’t told Edwin that I’m a clean nut, figuring this project would be messy and I’d just have to live with it for a few days. I was wrong. I cannot believe how carefully they contained all the detritus from sawing boards and the drywall after the structure was built. At the end of each work day they swept, vacuumed, and mopped the floor, leaving no trace except the barrier. I have had many construction projects in different homes in different states but I have never seen such attention to detail, even at end of day cleanup. I am truly impressed. I cannot praise Edwin New Structural Framing highly enough. His work product was beautifully done in the allotted time for the contract budget. We changed one item after he began and he actually reduced the contract price because he said it was less work! Edwin does a wonderful job and is a very nice young man, too!
Edwin and his team did a great work on transforming our outdoor space by installing doors windows. . He did a quality work with reasonable charge. He kept me in the loop about the process and the materials he was going to use and suggested very honestly and patiently about the pros and cons of different type of materials and installation. When the materials that we purchased were not good he helped us return them and got new materials. He and his team are knowledgeable on the framing and safety of the installation. His finishing on interior and exterior is satisfactory and did a good cleanup after completing the job. I would hire him and his company in future for other projects 💯
