Effective Asbestos took correct procedures to remove all the asbestos tiles and mastic. They worked on numbers with me and got me good price. They had done a great job in a short period of time and now the house is free of asbestos.

Completed work in timely manner, punctual, professional, cost effective. Would recommend for asbestos removal
If I had a magic wand I’d change the name of this company to BEST ASBESTOS REMOVAL, INC. Manny and his team have done a meticulous job removing encapsulated asbestos pipe insulation and wrapping the pipes with new heavy duty insulation. It wasn’t a huge job, nor a small job, but Manny and his team gave it the time and attention it needed to be done right. Manny earned my trust and he’s a very nice guy, too. If you’re in need of asbestos removal, Effective Asbestos Removal is the company to call. Highly recommend.
They did an amazing job. We had some asbestos pipes in our basement. It was blocking us from getting AC installed. They got rid of the asbestos in a few short hours.
Manny very punctual and responsive. Very positive and a pleasure to work with
I would hire Manny again in a heartbeat. Great quality work at a great value. Manny is a real pleasure to work with.
Did a good job in a timely manner very happy with there work
Unhappy with the service provided. They were called for a job and damaged my brand new finish hardwood flooring. Was very unprofessional when I brought it to their attention, but agreed to take the adjustment out of my total to pay for the damages. After payment was made, they decided to withhold my results and have yet to provide me with an air test. I've attempted to reach out multiple times, but they will not answer or reply with my results. The worst service ever.
Manny was exceptional to work with. He was quick to respond, engaged in the project and provided excellent results. I highly recommend Manny and his services.
Manny was amazing! We had a big job for him, to remove asbestos tiles from 2 floors of a church building. He came with his team and finished the job with 2 rounds of air quality testing. He was responsive throughout the process and was very helpful in coordinating his work with other contractors on site. I highly recommend Effective Asbestos Removals for any home job, as this was quite a big job. (10,000sq feet).
