Very Disappointing Experience – Misleading Diagnosis I initially left a positive review because, although the electrician did not fix the issue, I trusted his assessment and believed the electrical problem was more serious than expected. However, today we had another electrician inspect the same outlet, and he immediately discovered that the outlet had power and the only issue was a disconnected wire. It was a simple fix. This was completely different from what we were told during the original inspection. We paid $75 for a service that provided an incorrect diagnosis and did not resolve the problem. I am extremely disappointed because we trusted his professional opinion. I have now changed my original positive review because I believe other customers deserve to know about our experience. Honesty, accuracy, and professionalism are essential when people are paying for a service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I am also attaching photos taken by the second electrician, who successfully resolved the issue. As you can see, Photo 1 shows the disconnected wire that was causing the problem, and Photo 2 shows the wire properly connected after the repair. These photos clearly demonstrate how simple the issue was to resolve.

Electrician was super fast and had everything they needed to get the job done. I would recommend and use them again!
The electrician came out, tested the dead circuit. I then asked for the issue to be diagnosed and fixed. He tested the panel, checked two outlets then tried pushing a full rewiring job of the 10-outlet bathrooms/garage/outdoor circuit, which would have run 5-6 thousand. I paid $300 for nothing, and he left with the circuit still dead. Called another company, tech came out and said it was the solar inverter panel between the breaker box and the house. Popped it open, reset the breaker, all in under five minutes. The Electric Comm tech was useless. The solar panel is, literally right next to the breaker box, should have been the second thing he checked. (Photos won’t load) Not happy, feel like I was totally ripped off by Thumbtack recommended contractor.
I needed to upgrade my existing 110v to 240v due to my e-car powering off, during charging. The gentleman that came out (Eder Izazaga) did a phenomenal job on the electrical project! I was very impressed with his work!
