Cesar did an amazing job, during initial inspection itself he was able to identify asbestos in ductwork, and he evaluated the system as whole rather than only the HVAC unit,and suggest options. They shared estimates on time, arrived on time and did the full ductwork and HVAC unit replacement really well. Explained everything that was done and did a realy great job. HVAC unit works great!

Element was very responsive and efficient on providing budgets and options as well as scheduling and completing the work. The only areas for improvement were on the installation side - insuring all materials are cleaned up on completion, all areas reviewed for proper air distribution and having the crew be mindful of the fact that they are in someone's home.
Working with Element was a very pleasant experience. They provided a quote the same day which turned out to be the most competitive of 3 bids. I scheduled the project and they showed up with a substantial crew to finish and enormous amount of work in one day. Both of their competitors said the work would take at least 2 days. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, the quality of the work, and the speed with which they performed. These guys are excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing customer experience from start to finish. Everyone was so responsive from my initial outreach, getting me on the schedule immediately, and continually following up. They installed an A/C upstairs and replaced our furnace. It was a huge project and they took care of everything A-Z. Very impressed.
Replaced furnace/AC/duct. Mack is very responsive for commercial aspects, and pro-active to pull up the permit. Eduardo, the project manager is very straight forward, pleasant and competent. Marvin, the specialist of AC is nice and professional. The whole crew of 7, did a great job, worked well and fast, paid attention to details and cleaned after the work. Highly recommended. With furnace and condenser moved to attic, HVAC operation is so quiet now. Very happy about the whole experience.
