About Element Properties LLC
Clear communication and quality craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do. After years in the industry, we started our own business because we were tired of seeing rushed work and poor communication passed off as “good enough.” With 6 years in business and a small, dedicated team of 3, we focus on doing the job right—whether it’s painting, drywall, trim, or a full home, kitchen, basement, or bathroom remodel. We believe upgrades and maintenance to your home should feel exciting and stress-free. We’ll walk you through each step, keep you informed, and treat your property with care. If you’re ready for a smoother, higher-quality experience, we’d be happy to help you get your project done.

Ken and his team helped me with a window sill replacement project. Like many projects, we found some damage and it became a larger project than we were expecting but Ken was great throughout, communicating clearly and bringing quality work to the project.
Ken did some work for me replacing trim in a few rooms. Nice guy to talk to, prompt in his follow through, a very detailed quote. The job itself had a quite few things pop up and required some work by myself to complete the job (significant caulking/filling/sanding). Edit: Responding to Ken. He is absolutely correct that I did not reach out regarding issues. If given the chance, I have no doubt that he would have rectified it.
Element Properties was quite professional, informative, and detailed throughout my dealings. They responded promptly to all questions, and put everything into a contract. They set a schedule, arrived right on time, worked efficiently with minimal disruption to the rest of my home, cleaned the work area once completed, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. They stuck to their estimate and did excellent work. I would use them again.
Extremely impressed with Element Properties! Very responsive and patient with the many questions I had about adding molding to one of our bedrooms. The team worked very efficiently and we are thrilled with the end result! Definitely would recommend!
Ken removed the popcorn ceiling coating in 3 rooms of our house, repaired a damaged area, mudded, sanded and painted to a nice looking finish. Looks very nice without popcorn now! Very personable & professional.
Element Properties was great to work with. We had a large living room project that they painted for us which needed several types of paint for walls, ceilings, new cabinetry and a stone fireplace. Ken and company were responsive, professional, and their price was very reasonable. They were also very flexible. Due to some construction issues on our end, we had to reschedule them several times and they were more than accommodating. We also had some issues with the surfaces of the fireplace chase and surround which required some special attention and out-of-scope work. Element Properties took care of everything and while they could have been opportunistic, they were quite reasonable when it came to the extra charges. They were meticulous in their approach, their work was fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We would definitely hire them for our next project.
Ken and his team saved the day! We had an insurance claim and they were able to get our home back to a livable space. They were excellent to work with; he gave me a detailed, itemized, and accurate quote for the work and stuck to the budget. All of our communication was streamlined and timely and he gave me daily updates of his ETA which was much appreciated. Upon completion of the project, he cleaned up the area of work and even took extra cleanliness precautions for my wife that is pregnant. I would absolutely hire Ken again. Thank you again!
We were really pleased with the job Element did to fix some water damage near the ceiling in our living room. Punctual, professional, and responsive. Next time we need something done, we'll definitely be contacting Ken at Element again.
I was planning to paint chipped paint garage door. Ken responded right away and offered me couple of options and explained what results I should expect from each one. We chose the option to strip the paint completely and repaint again. The job was done in one day and results were awesome. The door looks brand new. I am going to hire Ken again for other painting jobs.
