Electrosurgery did a great job and accommodated my tight schedule by fitting me into their fully scheduled day. I am limited in what I can lift and they cleared the mess and took it out for me. I would use them again
Shady company. Stay away. My very first terrible experience on Thumbtack. Eletrway contacted me for a job I posted, and after we discussed scope and pricing, I asked them to confirm the deal in writing, but they refused. My texts were being ignored, so I called again after an hour because I had absolutely nothing confirming their appointment. They just went “just trust me bro” on me. On the second call I asked why my texts went unanswered, and told them that was making me feel uneasy about hiring them. Then they told me that they couldn’t do one task (assembling 2 queen beds if time permitted under 2 hours) but they’d do the rest for the same amount. I had no choice so I said OK, and once again I asked for anything in writing to confirm the deal and the appointment, and they hung up on me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again, in case the call simply dropped, but they did not pick up the phone (call went to VM). I texted once more, no response. Shady shady shady. Stay away from Eletrway.
Work completed well. Respectful and understanding. As someone who struggles with disability, even the simplest of projects become much, and I already over exert myself. I was hoping to find a WOB, but felt comfortable with this handyman. Reasonable pricing as well, would hire again. Cats appreciate it
I had an issue at my Airbnb when the TV unexpectedly fell off the wall and needed urgent attention. Eletrway responded immediately and within an hour they arrived to remount the TV. The job was completed in around 20 minutes and the problem resolved quickly. While there I also asked if they could remove a ceiling fan light globe that we hadn’t been able to get off. They were happy to help and had it removed in less than 10 minutes. They were prompt, professional and efficient. I highly recommend Eletrway for their excellent service and quick response.

Great experience! He was very pleasant, on time, and helped me with several different tasks around the house including TV mounting and putting up curtains on my floor-to-ceiling windows. He even took a look at another household issue I was having and let me know how he could fix it next time. I already have plans of hiring him again!

He was very prompt. He kept in touch with me the whole time. He came out the next day fixed the plug and everything is going good so far. He even put up my motion light above the garage and I love it because my street is dark. I definitely will use him again for all my electrical work from now on.
